  • To monitor and established departmental policies, procedures.
  • To identify and conduct training & development programs for new and on board employees.
  • Handle disciplinary issues and employee Grievances.
  • Make strong interdepartmental coordination for better results.
  • Final Settlement preparation of leavers.
  • Entitle and process all leave applications
  • Ensure smooth running of HRIS.
  • HR monthly report.
