We are seeking a dynamic Machine Learning Engineer [Data, NLP] with at least 2+ years of professional experience to join our ML team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing machine learning models, with a keen ability to work with large-scale data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions that enhance our analytical capabilities and drive business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production, focusing on scalability and robustness.
- Extract, preprocess, and analyse large volumes of data to identify patterns and insights.
- Work with NLP technologies to enhance our ability to understand and process human language data.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure efficient data management and architecture for machine learning projects.
- Continuously evaluate new and emerging machine learning frameworks and libraries to keep our technology stack at the cutting edge.
- Conduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to validate models and improve their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Document machine learning processes, model architectures, and evaluation metrics.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders and team members.
- Utilize NLP technologies, including commercial Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers from Hugging Face, to extract, interpret, and analyse unstructured text data from documents, emails, chat logs, and other sources, enabling sentiment analysis, entity recognition, topic modelling, and semantic search.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineer role, particularly in an enterprise environment. .
- Proficient in data science and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies and frameworks.
- Proven track record of handling Tabular large datasets and complex data structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of scalable ML deployment practices.
- Utilize NLP technologies to extract, interpret, and analyze unstructured text data from documents, emails, chat logs, and other sources, enabling sentiment analysis, entity recognition, topic modeling, and semantic search.
