We are seeking a highly skilled and creative PowerApps, PowerBI, RPA, and Dashboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing intuitive and interactive applications and dashboards using PowerApps, PowerBI, Python, RPA technologies, and other relevant tools. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of design to translate complex data into user-friendly visualizations and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. PowerApps Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet organizational needs.
  2. PowerBI Reporting: Create, enhance, and manage interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  3. Python Scripting: Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and integration with various data sources and visualization tools.
  4. RPA Development: Develop and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
  5. Dashboarding Tools: Leverage other dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) to complement and enhance data reporting capabilities.
  6. Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy in reporting.
  7. Design and User Experience: Apply strong design principles to ensure that all applications and dashboards are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on using applications and dashboards effectively.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PowerApps, PowerBI, RPA, and other dashboarding technologies to continually improve and innovate.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing applications with PowerApps.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating and managing PowerBI dashboards.
  • Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
  • 2+ years of experience with RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Experience with other dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Qlik is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques.
  2. Proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
  3. Familiarity with APIs and web services for data integration.
  4. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certifications in PowerApps, PowerBI, and RPA technologies.
  2. Experience in agile development methodologies.
  3. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.

Technical Sales Engineer We are looking for a “Technical Sales Engineer”. As a sales engineer, you'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products.

Responsibilities:

Technical Consultation and Solution Selling:

  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
  2. Provide expert technical advice and consultation to clients, recommending the most suitable solutions that align with their needs.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of PV solutions.

Business Development:

Identifying and securing new business opportunities, by visits, cold-call methods, and Social Media queries.

Relationship Building and Account Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts and develop strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
  2. 2-3 years proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the Solar industry or related sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of PV solutions.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
