The Role:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  1. Bid and submit proposals on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork for winning Website projects.
  2. Generate leads, draft proposals, interact and negotiate with clients, and successfully close sales deals.
  3. Secure projects through consistent communication with potential clients. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for short and long-term sales goals.
  4. Identify and assess potential projects.
  5. Create compelling project proposals.
  6. Collaborate with teams for proposal content.
  7. Negotiate project terms with clients.
  8. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  9. Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  10. Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  11. Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  12. Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  13. Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  14. Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Analyst / Project Manager or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing, IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  •  Ability to handle sales targets and maintain a high rating on bidding platforms.
  •  Capable of converting prospects to customers/clients.
  •  Proven track record as a successful bidder on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Ability to achieve target of minimum $3k/month.
  • Knowledge of design and development will be plus point
