The Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation (MERF) is a non-governmental organisation that works with governments, foreign groups, and private companies to make it easier for everyone to get high-quality health care services that are also fair, efficient, and affordable. MERF was founded in 2015 and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017 (which replaced the Companies Ordinance 1984).
