Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting for both trading and manufacturing companies.
  2. Record and maintain financial transactions accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
  3. Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flows, and track expenses to ensure proper financial planning and control.
  4. Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and tax regulations when handling US-based accounting processes.
  5. Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems to manage financial records and ensure smooth, automated operations.
  6. Maintain accurate inventory tracking and costing for manufacturing operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.

Other Details:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in trading or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience handling US-based accounting processes.
