A well-established online store is seeking a dedicated and talented Accounts / Finance Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting for both trading and manufacturing companies.
2. Record and maintain financial transactions accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
3. Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flows, and track expenses to ensure proper financial planning and control.
4. Proficiency in computerized accounting and expertise in QuickBooks Online (preferable)
5. Maintain accurate inventory tracking and costing for manufacturing operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor in Commerce and understanding of Complete Accounting Cycle
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and Finance
• Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Job Details:

Experience: 3+ years

Work Timings : 9:00 am - 6 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
