Available Roles:

Accounts Officer – Accounts Receivable (AR)

1. Prepare and issue customer invoices
2. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections
3. Reconcile AR ledgers and prepare aging reports

Accounts Officer – Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
• Match purchase orders and delivery notes
• Prepare payments and reconcile AP ledgers

Accounts Officer – Treasury

• Manage daily cash flow and banking operations
• Monitor fund transfers and bank reconciliations
• Assist in treasury reporting and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, or Treasury
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
