Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating between departments and managing schedules.
  2. Oversee procurement manage resources, and maintain facility operations.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date records.
  4. Assist with onboarding, training and providing administrative support to staff.
  5. Help monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenditures.
  6. Act as a point of contact between management and staff facilitating effective communication.
  7. Inventory and finance management.

Job Specification:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, safety standards.
  • Bachelors in relevant field. LLB along with Bachelors is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a facility based setting at a managerial position.
  • 30-38 years age limit.
