Key Responsibilities: 

As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
  2. Coordinating facility management, vendor relationships, and general office maintenance.
  3. Monitoring inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  4. Assisting in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and handling documentation.
  5. Supporting HR and Finance teams in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.
  6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining updated filing systems (physical and digital).
  7. Overseeing security, health, and safety measures within the workplace.
  8. Assisting in managing administrative support during events, meetings, and office projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to dynamic work environments.
