One of Our valuable clients who is based in the US needs an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to manage daily tasks, provide great customer service, and coordinate appointments. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Experience in a medical or dental office is preferred.

Duties:

  1. Perform administrative tasks; such as answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  2. Utilize various online tools; such as Google Suite, SimplePractice, and Gusto {Orientation and training for these tools will be provided}.
  3. Maintain and organize company files, documents and records.
  4. Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or administrative assistant in a dental office is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must have an American accent.

Other Details:

  • Job Timings: Night shift (Onsite) following 8 am to 5 pm MST time (7 pm to 4 am PKT).
  • Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
