- Develop new project(s) protocols and finishing guidelines to support owners in their finishing process.
- Responsible for all unit changes of ownerships (resale), and technical approvals.
- Update project(s) protocols as per owner’s requests if they are approved & match Eighteen’s guidelines.
- The technical approvals due to any violations to ensure that the project is complying with Eighteen’s Standards.
- Study and review post-handover client’s modification requests that are not included in the project protocol to keep project protocols updated.
- Keep a record of all sent and received documents to prevent the loss of any official documents.
- Review and supervise Engineering service provider work (permit modifications, process, client handling) and intervene in case of client complaints and escalations.
- Visit sites randomly to check for site violations.
- Meet with clients if needed, to discuss their requested modifications and the validity of their submitted requests.
- Analyze general requests and inform the developers to apply them on new projects/parcels.
- Study general modifications (Budget, process, annex, execution & handover).
- Provide technical support for CS, legal, community, and contracts for all projects.
- Change of ownership technical approvals (post-handover) – through exterior inspection of the units unless specific cases where we may need to inform/meet with the client and stop the waiver due to any violations.
- Review and upkeep permit data and official documents post-handover after receiving from the design permits department.
- Audit the Engineering service provider (post-handover) for all services provided.
- Create SOPs and KPIs for the engineering service provider (post-handover) to follow and audit them to ensure the clients are receiving the best services.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural engineering
- 7-10 Years of experience in the same field.
- Previous background in Customer Facing & Handling Clients technically.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop
- Microsoft Office Programs
