Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of area on monthly basis.
- Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Areas/ Account Opening on monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers in the Areas and ensure continuous relationship deepening exercise at area branches with existing customers.
- Constant tapping of target market and introduction of the bank to potential customers.
- Follow up with staff of area branches for achievement of individual assigned targets.
- Achievement of all business KPIs as per balanced scorecard
- Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branches of area by designing and implementing smooth workflow and improving QA Audit category.
- Ensure compliance in branches with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures while bringing quality to Customer Services by continuously improving existing processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University. Preference will be given to Master Degree holders.
- Experience: Minimum 07 Years of Banking experience.
- Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 13, 2025.
