The Assistant Manager Enterprise Solutions plays a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the organization. In this position, you will utilize your strong project management and customer relationship management skills to locate potential business opportunities while enhancing the company's reputation by maximizing value through service excellence. You will actively engage in identifying new customers and managing existing accounts using CRM software, offering post-sales support and resolving any queries efficiently. Moreover, your ability to communicate effectively will be vital in presenting proposals and closing sales. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it provides ample opportunities for collaboration and interaction with various stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
Identify and propose potential business deals by researching and contacting potential partners and clients, focusing on discovering new opportunities.
Engage with new customers through targeted outreach, sending detailed proposals, pitching solutions, and successfully closing sales.
Enhance the organizations reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests, while exploring ways to add value to project accomplishments.
Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers to pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts using CRM software to provide timely after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries.
Contribute to special government projects, leveraging prior experience with tenders and bids to enhance the company's offerings.
Attend industry events hosted or participated in by the company to engage in networking opportunities and strengthen relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills in all client and internal interactions.
Innovate and adapt to changing business conditions while fostering a collaborative team environment, even when functioning independently.
Maintain confidentiality by protecting sensitive organizational information and exercising discretion during communication and decision-making.
