Main Responsibilities: 

1. To assist statutory reporting and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts, complying with corporate laws, and IFRS/IAS standards including all required disclosures. 
2. To assist all tax-related processes, including withholding taxes and sales taxes, ensuring timely submissions to the government treasury.
3. Verify schedules and aging of payables, receivables, advances, and prepayments on monthly basis.
4. Maintain the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring accurate classifications and monthly depreciation and amortization runs. 
5. To assist in timely completion of financial statements for the CFO, CEO, and auditors, including horizontal and vertical analyses.
6. To provide information to internal and external stakeholders, auditors, and tax advisors, as and when required. 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: 

• CA or ACCA with mandatory article period  Minimum mandatory article period having exposure of audit, accounts, statutory reporting under IFRS/IAS, and tax compliance, preferably minimum exposure with ERP systems 
• Strong proficiency in financial management, statutory reporting, and compliance with IFRS and tax regulations. 
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite, for reporting and financial process automation. 
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.  Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
