We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our  team as a "Assistant Manager IT Operations ".

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all sensors related to Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) installed at the motorway remains operational
2. Maintain coordination with Network team and HQ for smooth functioning of ITS / ETC system
3. Mobilize the Mobile Repairing Teams (MRT) for timely resolving the Faults related to installed system
4. Ensure functionality, make configurations, and maintain video wall at Control Center by utilizing the knowledge and experience
5. Extract and analyze various reports related to ITS, Network, System, Power, and Traffic behaviors to generate timely response and reactions
6. Report incidences and timely generate response about the issues highlighted, make equipment arrangement for new deployment of entry/exit lanes at respective motorways
7. Analyze the inventory of spares and replacements to manage sufficient spares in store.
8. Ensure compliance of SOPs of Inventory Management System and accuracy of physical vs system information
9. Highlight and resolve issues of the team including technical, field and management staff.
10. Provide orientation and conduct relevant system training in the field for newly hired team members
11. Make project plan for new installation and ensure project delivery standards and timelines
12. Make project reports, presentations, and briefs for General Manager and other higher management officials 
13. Coordinate with other teams internally i.e., Networks, Power, Procurement, Inventory, Business Development, HR, O&M and external stakeholders e.g., NHA, and NHMP

Bonus Points if you have:

• Certification in CCNA/ CCNP, JNICP/ HCIP/ ITIL and from accredited intuition preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
