The Assistant Manager of Treasury will be responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and financial risk management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager of Treasury will report directly to the Manager of Treasury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Management: Monitor and manage the company's daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and services.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.
- Investment Management: Oversee the company's investment portfolio, ensuring optimal returns while managing risk.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities, including cash flow forecasts and investment performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including accounting, finance, and procurement, to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury management or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
