  1. Update and maintain client contracts, ensuring all agreements are accurately recorded and up to date.
  2. Review and manage the billing system to ensure accurate invoicing and adherence to contract terms.
  3. Reconcile billing data with QuickBooks, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial records.
  4. Generate and distribute invoices to clients on a timely basis, according to the terms outlined in contracts.
  5. Monitor and track outstanding invoices, following up with clients to ensure timely payment.
  6. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and contracts.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.
  8. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing-related documentation and correspondence.
  9. Provide support during audits by preparing and presenting necessary billing documents and reports.
  10. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly billing summaries for management review.
  11. Liaise with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding their bills and contracts.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to billing and contracts.
