What You’ll Do:

1. Conduct onboarding, process, and refresher trainings for new and existing agents
2. Work closely with operations and QA teams to address performance gaps
3. Develop engaging training materials aligned with  products and policies
4. Measure training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
5. Prior experience in a BPO training role (preferably telecom/Jazz account)
6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Urdu and English
7. Strong presentation and coaching skills
