Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generating and pursuing leads through different platform channels like Upwork, Direct contact, or other sources.
  2. Creating persuasive and well-written proposals to convince clients to award new projects to the company.
  3. Qualifying leads by gathering information about potential customers and determining their level of interest in the company\'s services.
  4. Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.
  5. Assisting in R&D and preparation and delivery of sales presentations and business proposals.
  6. Tracking and reporting on business development activities and progress.

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development in a web2/web3 space.
  • Experience in lead generation via platforms Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech startup environment.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Web/Mobile Development Processes, Private/Public Blockchains, and Cloud Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Decentralized Identity and Decentralized Finance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English language.
