We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience in generating business via Upwork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online bidding, proposal writing, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in the digital services domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
2. Generate new business through bidding on Upwork and submitting proposals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and provide appropriate proposals.
5. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
7. Maintain a database of potential clients and projects, keeping track of communication and project statuses.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development via Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the bidding process and proposal writing.
• Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
