  • Strong understanding of Angular concepts such as components, services, directives, and modules.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Karāchi. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering calls, providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests, updating customer information in databases, and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications:

  1. Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Interpersonal Skills
  2. Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  3. High School Diploma or above and Computer Literacy is must.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English
  5. Ability to handle high-stress situations accurately and calmly
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  7. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
