An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation, target oriented approach, call center experience preferably, should be hard working, self-motivated and a good team player. The potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to inbound & outbound inquiries over the phone.
  2. Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction.
  3. The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the UK
  4. The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
  5. The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.
  6. The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
