We are looking for a Senior Call Center Trainer  with Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills. Having at least 2 years of relevant experience in the Call Center industry.

The role offered by the company entails;

  1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Training & Development experience in relevant fields.
  2. Reporting and liaising with the Head of Training & Development for development and designing of course content, material, execution, and assessment.
  3. Facilitate new Hiring for our Sales Executives.
  4. Run our Training program and ensure trainees hit their sales targets to successfully get appointments.
  5. Conduct Accent training.
  6. Up-train our existing staff to positively impact our sales targets.
  7. Attend Board interviews and select Sales Executive candidates.
  8. Work with HR to ensure the well-being of all Trainees.
  9. Learning and facilitating others.
  10. Persistent on retention of knowledge through innovative ideas
  11. Excellent presentation skills igniting motivation to learn in a team
  12. Excellent communication skills with peers
  13. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  14. Fast learning and delivery abilities working within time pressure on emergent requirements
  15. Persistent on retention of knowledge through innovative ideas and implementations.
