Qualification & Experience:

• B Tech/BSC Electrical Engineering
• 8 - 10 Years of Experience in engineering or maintenance management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in building management systems and maintenance software.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
