Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to ensure client requirements are met.
  5. Monitor account performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
  6. Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand service offerings.
  7. Handle escalations and complex client issues with professionalism and urgency.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
