Responsibilities:
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales and client success management skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Provide excellent communication and support, demonstrating proficiency in phone interactions.
- Adaptability to work night shifts (6pm-3am) with weekends off (SAT-SUN).
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of demonstrated sales experience with client success management, preferably in the US market.
- Proficiency in English communication and a proven track record of successful client engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting targets and objectives.
