- The Clinical Analyst will leverage their clinical background and experience to develop clinical content for structured data templates using current evidence-based guidelines along with recommendations from stakeholders and will help drive the organizational initiatives by bringing their clinical quality expertise into the product, maintaining documentation, and ensuring successful outcomes of all the initiatives they’re involved in.
- Duties also include researching clinical content related issues, applying changes to content related issues, participation in all phases of product quality assurance, problem solving and assisting with training internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, edit, and/or review clinical content for key disease states and specialties and client focused areas
- Develop, edit, and/or review patient educational content for care plans
- Update and revise clinical content based on client needs to improve quality outcomes and patient engagement
- Partner with clients to develop and customize care plan content when clinically appropriate
- Work cross-functionally with internal Care Cloud teams to ensure successful patient engagement and client performance management experience
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Ensure Care Cloud and its customers are meeting agreed upon deadlines and milestones
- Support user test plans for clinical content
- Continuously improve content quality based on feedback
