Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Assistant to join our team. The sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up with clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, including client information, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle any other duties or projects assigned by the sales manager or team lead.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Responsible for CS/IMS/PS Project delivery and technical support for CS/IMS/PS core network products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, and HLD/LLD Design.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Designing of HLD/LLD Documents.
  2. Deployment of cloud core network elements.
  3. Software Installation and commissioning
  4. Integration of Network Elements
  5. Migration of Subscribers/traffic
  6. Patch Upgrade and Expansion of Existing Network elements
  7. Network KPI understanding
  8. Troubleshooting of Network issues.
  9. Provide technical training, technical guidance, and technical communication for on-site maintenance engineers and customer.

Routine Actions:

  • Installation and Commissioning for MSS/MGW and HSS/STP/PCRF hands on experience (Huawei Preferred)
  • MSS/HSS/STP/PCRF swap from Old Platform to New Platform Hardware/Software
  • Project deployment, commissioning and integration of EPC network (EPC, MME, PGW, SGW, SGSN GGSN, PCRF, USN, UGW, Switches, Routers),5GC(AMF,UDM)
  • Supporting projects of vIMS Core entities (Knowledge of P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS(ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and VoLTE.
  • HLD and LLD Preparation
  • Responsible for technical communication & clarify with the operator, provide relevant solution with support team towards customer requirement.
  • Co-ordination with customer & proactive response to customer queries.
  • Knowledge of Internet security framework like ISO 2000, Security Framework Compliance, Support according to project requirements based on different Time zone.
  • Ready to travel anywhere as per business needs

Preferred Experiences:

  1. Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.
  2. Card / Hardware / Module level understanding for NE
  3. Installation and Commissioning for MSS/MGW and HSS/STP/PCRF hands on experience (Huawei Preferred)
  4. Nodes understanding (EPC, MME, PGW, SGW, SGSN GGSN, PCRF, USN, UGW, Switches, Routers),5GC(AMF,UDM)
  5. Working experience on IMS interworking entities (P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS(ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and interfaces.
  6. Call Flows and in-depth NE understanding
  7. Interfaces and Protocols like Diameter, SIP, SS7 Signaling, etc.
  8. Cloud and open-stack knowledge is plus
  9. Cloud NFV & Cloud SAAS, IAAS and PAAS basic knowledge is plus
  10. CUPS knowledge is Plus
  11. Knowledge of VoWifi with ePDG is plus.
  12. Basic IP knowledge to work on layer 2 level
  13. Understanding of 5GC network elements.
  14. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal both.
