This is a full-time on-site role for Contracts Administrator at Eighteen in Islamabad. The selected candidate will play a key role in the Procurement Team in managing the overall processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and purchase contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
- Review and update existing contracts and technical documents.
- Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping).
- Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records.
- Create language standards for existing and new contracts.
- Integrate the Procurement process, award the contracts, and track contracts.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a similar field (preferred)
Experience: Preferably 6 to 7 years of relevant corporate experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the Procurement Team and Management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
