Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
  2. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  3. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
  4. Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.
  5. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  6. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in custom clearing, logistics or related industries.
