Job Responsibility:

1. Customer Handling related to M-Tag Operations.
2. Make sure that the premises are neat and clean.
3. Registration of New M-Tag and recharge according to the required protocol.
4. Maintain record of recharge and registration in the register
5. Make a summary of his shift and share it with the Supervisor
6. Cash hand over to TOC/cashier after signing receipt 
7. Responsible for maintaining a record of available New M Tag Registration.
8. Responsible for timely activation.
9. Provide knowledgeable answers to customers about the M Tag availability and its features.
10. Work with the internal department to meet customer needs.
11. Supervision of Training new Employees regarding M Tag.
12. Responsible for Cash 
13. Provide excellent communication, so that any doubt of commuters can be cleared regarding M Tag.
14. Guide customers regarding M-Tag information/ issues
