Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound customer service and support calls during UK hours to engage with potential and existing customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  3. Input, verify, and maintain accurate data in company systems, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  4. Develop strong relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in data management.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, and data-related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Active listening and customer empathy skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts to align with UK hours.
  • Flexibility to work from home when required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Shift Timings: 7pm-3am
