Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer service and support calls during UK hours to engage with potential and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Input, verify, and maintain accurate data in company systems, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Develop strong relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer journey.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in data management.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, and data-related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Active listening and customer empathy skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with UK hours.
- Flexibility to work from home when required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
