We are looking for a Customer Service Representative whose job responsibilities include: 

  • Improve lead conversion rate. (leads from social media pages, Website, Whatsapp, and BTL activities).
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience & Qualification:

  1. Previous call center experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication skills.
  2. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree.
