Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  2. Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  3. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  5. Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  7. Stay updated on product changes and industry developments to provide informed support.

Job Requirements:

  • A Levels/Intermediate or above
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
  • Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Working Timings:

  • US timings (5 Days a week)
