We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with a background in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with excellent communication skills, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  2. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints
  3. Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM
  4. Handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) and assist customers efficiently
  5. Deliver excellent customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in the USA healthcare industry is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle various customer service channels

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
