We are hiring for Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills. It's an onsite job with Flexible based timings (Morning, Evening, and Night)

Responsibilities:

1. Managing international customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
2. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

• The candidate must be intermediate / Fresh with up to 6 Months of experience.
• The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply
• Experience in international customer support/Call Centre is a plus
