We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and moderating social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all social media interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior call center or social media moderation experience preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening & Night).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and MS Office.
