Responsibilities:

  1. Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  2. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English)
  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital money transfer platforms
  • Experience in international customer support/call centre is a plus
  • Should be flexible for rotational shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)
