We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Data Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data using Excel to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources into Excel.
2. Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and workbooks.
3. Perform data analysis using Excel functions, formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
4. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
5. Prepare clear and concise reports and visualizations in Excel to communicate findings.
6. Collaborate with other teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS), data validation, charting, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience with other data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics).
