Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

1. Defining a technical vision and strategy for development methodologies for business automation 
2. Software Development for New Applications / Solutions required by the bank internally for core and non-core banking operations.
3. Designing of software for distributed computing/integrations with 3rd party, channels, and internal systems.
4. Maintenance of core banking application; customization to existing modules and development of new requirements
5. Implementation of development process and procedure to maintain the software development life cycle.
6. Aligning the solutions with Information security requirements and regulatory compliance requirements.
7. Coordinating with different teams including business / Software development, QA, IS, and other internal/external related parties.
8. Tracking of software delivery plan for the availability of solutions within the committed timeline, coordinating with stakeholders to manage the expectations of software delivery.
9. To advise the viable solution by evaluating the problem definition, requirements, and architectural constraints.
10. Providing Level III support of deployed applications, communicating with different stakeholders and technology partners.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of Banking/Non-Banking experience with 03 years in a similar role.
• Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 07, 2025.
