The candidate shall be responsible for revenue achievement, business development, churn optimization, portfolio engagement & relationship management. Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage real estate agencies portfolio in assigned area / region
• Conduct daily field visits, giving demonstrations about products & services for securing impactful deals

• This is a field-based role, requiring travel to client meetings within the assigned area
• Regular working hours, with need-based evening or weekend work as required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Candidate should be Graduate preferably in Marketing, having at least 1 year of experience in Counselling or student care with good communication skills. Candidates having experience as Counselor in Education Consulting Firms will be preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. The Education Counselor would be responsible for providing information related to admissions, participating in activities & events and assisting in the entire admissions process.
  2. Providing Information/Responding to queries o Handle and follow-up admission related general queries/concerns of prospective students, parents, information seekers, efficiently and effectively. Recording and maintaining all queries and responses.
  3. Participating in Events and Activities o Assist in organizing and executing recruitment and admission related events (Campus tours, admissions camp, expos, information session etc.). Strong coordination with various departments, staff members and external stakeholders for various events
  4. Undertaking the Follow-up of Applicants for Completing the Applications. Assisting in Conducting the Entire Admission Process o Maintain the database of applicants and update the admission status of applicants on regular basis.
