We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant reporting to top-tier management. The ideal candidate must have exceptional expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations with exceptional writing skills and possess excellent presentation skills. This role requires high-level administrative support, confidentiality, and the ability to manage daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  2. Demonstrate excellent English writing skills to draft reports, memos, and other business correspondence.
  3. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  4. Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  5. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  6. Facilitate effective communication between the top-tier management and internal/external stakeholders.
  7. Prepare reports, drafts, and other correspondence on behalf of the top-tier management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree Business Administration, or B.Com from reputed University/Institute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
