We are seeking a dedicated "Field Supervisor - OFC" responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of optical  projects to ensure top-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1- Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for the deployment and maintenance oF long-haul optical fiber networks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

2- Physical Surveys:

• Conduct detailed site surveys to assess the feasibility of network routes and installation plans.
• Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks associated with physical deployment.

3- Network Deployment:

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of optical fiber infrastructure,including conduits, cables, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for network installation and performance.

4- Supervision and Operations:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and engineers in daily operations and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and optimize network efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and longevity.

5- Routine Works and Maintenance:

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for routine
• maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise repair activities to minimize downtime and service
• disruptions.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities for future
• reference and compliance purposes.
