Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
2. Maintain up-to-date records of agreements and received invoices.
3. Ensure the timely recording of revenue (invoices) and bank receipts.
4. Coordinate with customers to update and verify financial records.
5. Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tax.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
7. Keep abreast of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
• Basic knowledge of the Sales Tax Act.
• Knowledge of withholding rules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
