Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
2. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
3. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing feedback and concerns.
4. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
5. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop initiatives that drive occupancy and enhance the hotel's market presence.
6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a general manager role.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
