Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- To ensure Smooth Execution of Key Perfomance Areas of GID
- Achievement of all targets set by Management
- Coordination of all stakeholders for development of PPMs for new products
- Review of Policy/PPM of schemes under GID’s preview
- Coordination with all stakeholders for development of system for loan processing
- Coordination with all stakeholders for smooth execution of Governement Schemes
- Ensure all process are complaint with internal/ external policy
- Onboarding & Cordination with Physical Verications Agencies for expeditious disposal of verification reports
- Liaison with internal/external audit teams and manage end to end closure of audit Observations in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct Portfolio reviews to evaluate performance under Governement Schemes
- Periodic review of Mark up Subsidy and Credit Loss Coverage claims to ensure timely submission of claims for settlement of claims from Governemnt/SBP
- Capacity Building and Evaluation of Teams Performance
- Manpower planning for business execution team to optimize resource utilization
- Ensure that complaints are addressed in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate periodical internal / external reporting
- Quarterly Review of Profit and Loss account of Government Schemes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation from a HEC Recognized University/ Foreign University.
- Experience: 10 years of banking experience with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 13, 2025.
