The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about enhancing employee engagement and supporting organizational goals.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution of employee issues.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in developing performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Support managers in performance reviews and feedback discussions.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
