Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  2. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  3. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work
  4. Training managers to coach and discipline employees and scheduling management reviews/conferences with employees.
  5. Maintains historical human resource records.
  6. Assisting/Counseling employees with work matters, career development, and personal problems.
  7. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  8. Take part in strategic management.
  9. Manage day-to-day operations, finance, and HR related matters.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
