We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist with various human resources functions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee records and documentation
  2. Help with new employee onboarding and orientation
  3. Assist in maintaining employee information in our HR system
  4. Coordinate reference checks for new hires
  5. Help organize company events, including monthly birthday celebrations
  6. Support training and development activities
  7. Assist in managing the company's social media presence (LinkedIn and Facebook)
  8. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  9. Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR specialization
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently

Additional Information:
